1. Collagen degradation products, myoglobin, and creatine kinase (CK) in the blood right and two hours after exercise load
2. Muscle pain measured by visual analogue scale (VAS)
3. Correlation between muscle mass and blood collagen degradation products
4. Correlation between muscle mass and inflammatory markers

Duration: Once
Test food: Box jump
Administration: Jump with both legs and land on the box for the test {choose heights as high as you can reach under maximum effort (60~125 cm)}. Then jump down with both legs. One set is defined as repeating the above ten times. The test is repeated until the participant is too fatigued to land (all-out). If a participant reaches all-out in the middle of a set, the test will end at that point. Allow a one-minute interval between sets and warm up with stretching and other warm-up exercises before the test.

Key inclusion criteria
1. Students who belong to an athletic club at Nihon University
2. Men
3. Adults
4. Healthy subjects
Key exclusion criteria
1. Subjects who are undergoing medical treatment or have a medical history of malignant tumor, heart failure, and myocardial infarction
2. Subjects who have a pacemaker or an implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD)
3. Subjects currently undergoing treatment for any of the following chronic diseases:
cardiac arrhythmia, liver disorder, kidney disorder, cerebrovascular disorder, rheumatism, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, hypertension, or any other chronic diseases
4. Subjects who cannot conduct exercise load due to locomotorium injury or pain (discomfort)
5. Subjects who usually take collagen-health food
6. Subjects currently taking medications (including herbal medicines)
7. Subjects who suffer from COVID-19
8. Subjects who have been enrolled in other clinical trials within the last 28 days before the agreement to participate in this trial or plan to participate another trial during this trial
9. Subjects who are judged as ineligible to participate in this study by the physician
