Key inclusion criteria

1. Males and females aged 20 to 60 at the time of informed consent
2. BMI is between 18.5 and 25.0
3. PSQI less than 6 (PSQI: Pittsburgh Sleep Questionnaire
4. Usually going to bed between 20:00 and 24:30 and sleeping more than 4 hours a night

Key exclusion criteria

1. Pregnant or breastfeeding
2. Have a disease receiving lifestyle guidance
3. Have sleep disorders (insomnia, hypersomnia, sleep apnea syndrome, etc.)
4. Work at night or shift work
