Key inclusion criteria

18-34 years of age, male and female, able to walk independently, and able to provide written consent for participation in this study.

Key exclusion criteria

Exercise is prohibited by a physician, insomnia or other sleep disorders are currently being treated, or depression or other psychiatric disorders are currently being treated.
