In the SS condition, SLR ROM was significantly greater after SS than before SS. Similarly, in the NST condition, the SLR ROM was significantly greater after NST than before. However, the rate of change in SLR ROM did not differ significantly between the SS and NST conditions.There was a significant main effect of intervention condition factor on the amount of change in the tibial nerve distance.

24 healthy adults.
The participants were recruited through in-hospital advertisements. Individuals with a history of nerve injury, lower extremity or trunk surgery, diabetes, or persistent spine or lower extremity pain within the preceding 6 months. Written informed consent for the collection and use of information was obtained from all participants, in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.
