The aim of this study is to investigate whether trigger point acupuncture is a useful countermeasure for the treatment of katakori (neck and shoulder pain) with work productivity loss in office workers.

Female
1.No organic lesion in health examination.
2.Those who have katakori (neck and shoulder pain) for more than 3 months (NRS4-10).
3.Those who consider to themselves, work performance is impaired because of 2.
4.No abnormalities on neurological examination (tendon reflex, muscle and sensory).
5.Those who have been continuously employed and working (excluding non-regular staff and employees) during the three months before and after.
6.Those whose main job is supervisory, clerical and technical workers.
7.Person who can agree even if assigned to control group.
1.Those who are participating (or plan to participate) in other studies or trials at the same time
2.Those who deemed inappropriate for this study by the investigator
