Key inclusion criteria

People over 10years with congenital hypothyroidism detected by newborn screening and treated by levothyroxine natrium

Key exclusion criteria

People who refuse to participate in the study
People who were born with a birth weight under 2,000g
People with some malformation syndrome
People received replacement therapy other than thyroid hormone
Central hypothyroidism
People who are judged by their physicians in charge to be ineligible for any reason
