This study aimed to evaluate the difference in changes in urinary titin N-terminal fragment levels before and after continuous resistance training.
Others
Not applicable
We measure that urinary titin N-terminal fragment at first time on resistance training and after resistance training for 8 weeks.
Measurements of isometric maximum voluntary contraction of knee extension before and after 8 weeks of training.

Seven healthy men without exercise habits participated in this study.
Explanations were given to seven participants recruited at Iwate Medical University between March 2020 and March 2021, and seven took part; eight weeks of resistance training was carried out and urinary titin levels were measured and analysed before and after the training.

Eight weeks of resistance training of the lower limbs were performed on healthy, non-exercising men. Urinary titin concentrations were measured on the start and end dates of exercise. Urine samples were collected at rest before resistance training and 2, 8, 24 and 72 hours after resistance training to assess changes in urinary titin concentrations.
