In the intervention condition, the participants will be required to work on a new shift work schedule planned by an AI work scheduling software for 2 months.
In the condition, the participants will be required to work on a conventional shift work schedule for 2 months.

Male and Female
The participants who are currently working as a shift-working caregiver will be selected based on the following inclusion criteria.
1) individuals who understand the purpose of this study, and have a right to decline to participate in this study at any time without any demerits.
2)age; 20 to 50 years old
3)individuals without sleep disorders
4)individuals who are currently working as a shift worker
Individuals who do not meet the selection criteria.
