After obtaining consent, the patient's sleep is assessed using actinography at the time of sleep on the day before the day shift. Subjective evaluation using the Richards-Campbell Sleep Questionnaire is also assessed.
Saliva samples are collected before and after the day shift.
Saliva samples are collected before and after the night shift.
Stress markers in saliva will be measured to investigate the association with sleep disturbance due to a night shift.
