Corporate inclusion criteria
1) Companies that are actively considering promoting Diversity & Inclusion
Team inclusion criteria
1) The team consists of 3 or more people including the leader
2) A team in charge of the same work on a daily basis
3) No transfer planned outside the team
4) More than 50% of team members agree to participate in the research
Participant inclusion criteria
Eligibility criteria
1) A leader or team members who have been on the current team for more than a month
2) 18 years old and over
3) Written consent has been obtained

Exclusion criteria
1) Those who are presumed to have difficulty in participating in this program, which focuses on linguistic communication
2) Those who have unstable symptoms of comorbidity of mental illness
