To investigate the effect of positive memory retrieval on decision-making under risk in healthy subjects. In addition, to investigate whether the effect depends on subjects' personal characteristics
Efficacy

Explanatory
Not applicable
1), decision-making task performance
2), behavioral parameters estimated by computational modelling of the decision-making process, such as risk aversion, probability weighting
1), mood
2), whether the effect on decision-making is associated with mood change
3), whether the effect on decision-making depends on other personal characteristics
4), as additional analysis, we will investigate the association between different personal characteristics

Positive memory retrieval: using 20 positive memories selected based on an autobiographical memory questionnaire administered on a separate day beforehand. The cues of the memories are presented to the subjects and they are asked to recall the corresponding memory vividly, after which they assess the valence and emotional intensity of the memory, as well as how they feel after recalling that memory.
Control intervention: neutral autobiographical memory retrieval. Using 20 neutral memories selected from the above memory questionnaire.
