(1) Nurses and nursing assistants in the ward who provide meals on a daily basis
(2) Medical personnel of the Nutrition Support Team; doctors, nutritionists, pharmacists and nurses, etc.
Key exclusion criteria
(1) Excludes nurses and nursing assistants in wards who provide few meals or have different meal styles; emergency, ICU, HCU and pediatric wards, etc.

This survey consists of two questionnaires and subjects.
(1) Participants are nurses and nursing assistants in the ward who provide meals on a daily basis. The Nursing Department distributes the questionnaire.
(2) Participants are medical personnel of the Nutrition Support Team. The research coordinator distributes the questionnaire to the Nutrition Support Team.
