Other related information
Patients with inflammatory bowel disease who are scheduled for endoscopy will be enrolled. We isolate lymphocytes from 5 mL of peripheral blood and one biopsy specimen collected from the intestinal mucosa during endoscopy. We perform flow cytometry to analyze the lymphocyte composition.
