1. Dietary records for a period of twelve days (three days including hemodialysis day, nondialysis day and sunday, and once every three months. If dietary records cannot do according to a plan, a schedule is extend up to one month)
2. Food frequency questionnaire(first month and 1 year later).
3. we collect subjects information(age, sex, height, dry weight, primary preparing parson for meals, dialysis vintage, primary cause of end stage kidney disease, serum albumin, total cholesterol, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, serum potassium, corrected serum calcium, serum inorganic phosphorus, whether or not phosphate binder, whether or not hyperkalemia medicine, malnutrition-inflammation score and NRI-JH).
4. We pay participants 5,000 yen as fee.
5. We pay collaborator 10,000 yen as fee.
6. Sample size was calculated on alpha=0.05, beta=0.80 r=0.4 and drop out about 20%. As a reslut, we require 60 participants each sex.
