The purpose of this study is to clarify the effects of visual stimulation with a low wooden table using physiological and psychological indicators in male undergraduate and graduate students.
Efficacy
1) Prefrontal activity using near-infrared spectroscopy
2) Sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous activity as indicated by heart rate variability
3) Heart rate
1) Profile of Mood State (POMS2 short form)
