This study examines the relationship between the Testament Comprehension Check Sheet and scores on the revised version of Hasegawa's Dementia Scale (HDS-R), as well as the influence of financial literacy, among elderly customers who plan to receive testament trust services at a bank. We will statistically analyze the relationship between the customer demographic information originally obtained by the bank, the HDS-R, and the Testament Comprehension Check Sheet scores, and the financial literacy questionnaire that will be collected independently for this study.

Persons 65 years of age or older who intend to receive the testament trust services at the bank.
Those who score 20 or below on the HDS-R and are judged by a notary public to have no capacity to make a testament.
