Include studies that meet the following framework (PCC).
P) Population: Studies conducted with nurses.
C) Concept: Studies on factors affecting professional identity.
C) Context: Studies on factors influencing professional identity of nurses in high-income countries classified by the World Bank categories, and literature written in Japanese and English.

Key exclusion criteria

Exclude studies that meet the following criteria.
1) Non-English literature
2) Including students among the participants
3) Including non-nursing occupations in the target population
4) Specific populations, such as by position or gender
5) Less than 9 subjects
6) Studies conducted outside of high-income countries classified by the World Bank categories
