Diagnosis of adhesive capsulitis
Diagnosis rotater cuff tear
Shoulder jouint fraxion angle of 90degrees or more

Key exclusion criteria

Shoulder joint fraxion angle less than 90 degrees
Surgical art
With trauma,dislocation or subluxation
With systemic inframmatory diseases
