Key inclusion criteria

1. Male
2. Age <= 20 years old to >= 39 years old at the time of informed consent
3. Volunteers who exercise regularly (>=30 min/day, >=2 times/week)
4. Volunteers who are fully informed of and understand the objectives, procedures, and possible risks of the study and provide the written voluntary consent to participate in the study

Key exclusion criteria

1. Any medical problem for exercise restriction detected in the medical examination within 1 year
2. Cardiovascular diseases, arrhythmia, and past medical history of these diseases
3. Hypertension (resting blood pressure, SBP > or = 160 mmHg, DBP > or = 100)
4. Metabolic and endocrine disease
5. Renal disease
6. Smokers
7. Obesity (BIM >= 30 kg/m2)
8. Blood donation >= 400 mL within 3 month before and after the participation
9. Allergy (wheat, egg, milk, almond, soybean, apple, gelatin)
10. Ineligible by a medical interview
