Person who have received a sufficient explanation for participating in this study and have obtained written consent with sufficient understanding

Students who belong to researchers' seminar
History of dominant leg injuries
Players in competitive sports
Person who do stretching and resistance training regularly
Person with a history of orthopedic or neurological disorders of both leg

Other related information

The gastrocnemius, soleus, and tibialis anterior muscle activities during stretching of triceps surae muscle are assessed by surface electromyography. Furthermore, we assess electrophysiological tests of spinal reflexes (reciprocal and presynaptic inhibition). We assess the correlation between muscle contraction status during stretching and spinal reflexes.
