The team job crafting program is a three-month program that is implemented in teams on the wards and consists of two parts: a discussion part on what kind of team job crafting should be practiced, and a practice part on team job crafting. The discussion part is conducted in two sessions in the first month. After that, the practical part will be conducted for two months from the second to the third month.
In this study, the ward will be considered as a team.

This study showed that the team job crafting program increased team job crafting and work performance.
However, we identified challenges in implementing the intervention program with ward nurses.

Participant demographics were 100% female, 70% had a four-year university degree, and 94% were full-time workers.
A total of 26 nurses from one ward participated in the study.
As a results, 21 responded to the pre-intervention survey, 26 people participated in the intervention program, and 22 responded to the post-intervention survey.
We analyzed the feasibility evaluation with 22 post-intervention survey respondents and 9 interviewees, and the outcome evaluation with 17 respondents who responded to both pre- and post-intervention surveys.
