To examine the participation rate of people with MCI/mild dementia in free or paid hobby courses, and the effects of hobby courses on the quality of life, caregiver burden, and cognitive function of the participants and their caregivers

Rate of participation in hobby courses if free or paid
Willingness to participate in hobby courses, mental health status, patient background survey, higher life functioning, depression, self-efficacy, self-esteem, gratitude trait scale, quality of life, cognitive functioning, interviews about CDR, impressions of hobby courses, basic ADL, pool activity level, caregiver burden, family members' impressions of hobby courses, changes in family caregiver burden

Male and Female
1. Those who can give their written consent to participate in this study.
2. Those who are 40 years of age or older
3. Have MCI or mild dementia
(CDR (Clinical Dementia Rating) equivalent to 0.5 (MCI) to 1.0 (mild dementia))
4. Those who are interested in the content of the hobby course and have confirmed their wish to participate.
5. Those who participated in the study in 2020 and 2021
1. Those with moderate dementia (CDR 1.5) or above
2. Those who are unable to communicate in Japanese.
3. Those who have difficulty in conducting interviews and cognitive function tests.
4. Those who are judged as inappropriate for the study by the principal investigators and subordinate doctors at each institution.
5. those who have not given consent for any of the content, duration, or time required for the hobby course.
6. those who did not participate in the study in the 2020 and 2021.
