(1) To what extent are ASD/ADHD characteristics (atypical developmental characteristics) present in early career residents during post-graduate clinical training, (2) To what extent are burnout and depressive anxiety states above the diagnostic threshold, and (3) Is the presence of developmental characteristics associated with burnout, depressive anxiety states, psychological flexibility, stigma toward mental illness, and doctor-patient empathy?
