Patients diagnosed with early gastric cancer or adenoma
Aged 20 years old or more
Written informed consent
Key exclusion criteria
Patients who are not received upper gastrointestinal endoscopy
Patients with severe illness
Unsuitable patient for clinical trial judged by clinicians' view
