The sense of body ownership (SoO) is a feeling that I am the one who own the body (Gallagher, 2000). It is a fundamental aspect of self-consciousness, but several pathological conditions are known to modify SoO. The purpose of the study is to identify neuronal substrates for SoO. We will further analyze if interventions in the brain activities could modify SoO, by using repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) and neurofeedback.
