Psychiatric Home-Visit Nursing Practical Ability Improvement Education Program
Provides on-demand videos of basic knowledge about mental illness (schizophrenia, panic disorder, developmental disorders, mood disorders). Explain that watching in advance will deepen the understanding of the workshop. The first workshop will be given in the form of an online lecture (actual psychiatric home-visit nursing: 2 hours). Using specific examples of psychiatric visits, we will explain success / failure experiences and what kind of assessment perspective we are approaching users. It also explains important support perspectives for home-visit psychiatric nursing such as strength and recovery. In the second workshop, case studies will be conducted in a hybrid format of face-to-face and online in each prefecture. Discussions will be held on support methods using cases prepared in advance by the training organizer. The event will be held on January 29, Yamaguchi Prefecture, February 5, Saga Prefecture, and February 12, Miyazaki Prefecture.

Key inclusion criteria
Staff of home-visit nursing stations that provide home-visit psychiatric care in Yamaguchi, Miyazaki, and Saga prefectures, which are considered to have problems in the period of hospitalization at psychiatric hospitals and support for transition to community life in the Yamaguchi region of Kyushu.

Those who answered the pre- and post-questionnaire among the participants of the "Psychiatric Home-Visit Nursing Practical Ability Improvement Education Program"
