Interventions/Control_1 The REOHC-Treatment manual has 24 sessions with 12 weeks. Each treatment session lasted for 1hr

Key inclusion criteria The participants wholeheartedly consented to the programme by completion of interest form.
The participants who are registered teachers.
They must display work-life imbalance such as (role conflict, behavior problem, and negative attitude.
Key exclusion criteria Teachers with pronounced devastating health were not included
Teachers that are not up to months in active service were not included
Teachers who are on leave were not included Teachers that are undergoing counseling treatment

Results The result showed that REOHC led to a significant increase in the management of work-life balance and burnout among teachers compared to their counterparts in the control group.
At the follow-up stage, REOHC proved to be effective over a period of 3 months.
REOHC is a therapeutic intervention strategy that is valid and reliable over time in the management of work-life balance and burnout management amongst teachers.
