Results	The effect of cosmetic acupuncture showed validity to wrinkles(effect size (se)= 0.428, p< 0.001, I2=0.99%), slack(es= 0.706, p< 0.001, I2=0.00%), face line(es= 1.579, p< 0.001, I2=0.00%), skin torn ( kusumi ; dullness skin color) (es= 0.790, p< 0.001, I2=0.00%) and Sulcus nasolabialis(es=1.007, p<0.001, I2=0.00%).

Baseline Characteristics	In recent years, controlled study has been done about the effect of appearance as opposed to face in cosmetic acupuncture.Meta analysis is known as a technique which conducts pooled analysis two or more literature.
