Key inclusion criteria

Patients scheduled to undergo endoscopic treatment at our hospital who have the possibility to undergo endoscopic suturing

Key exclusion criteria

Cases in which the patient cannot consent due to minor or dementia.
The physician in charge judges inappropriate enrollment.
If the patient refuses to participate in the study after registration.
