Key inclusion criteria

Women with single or twin pregnancies after 36 weeks of gestation who are planning to have a vaginal delivery.

Key exclusion criteria

Patients scheduled for cesarean section
Renal disease
Urological disease
History of pelvic organ prolapse and surgery
Mental illness

Subjects will be those who visit the research facility within the study period (after approval of ethical review - March 31, 2026), meet the selection criteria, and give consent for the study.
Transperineal ultrasound imaging are used to measure the degree of fetal head descending, the distance between the bladder and the pubic bone, and the shape of the bladder.
