To establish the safe ovarian tissue autotransplantation for fertility preservation of the young women with cancer or autoimmune disease after their therapy.

Treatment
Maneuver |
(1)Thawing of frozen ovarian tissue
(2)Treatment: addition for operation; 3-6 days for laparoscopy, 6-10 days for laparotomy. Autotransplantation of ovarian tissue by laparoscopy or laparotomy under general anesthesia

1. Participants in the "Ovarian Tissue Cryopreservation to improve Quality of Life for the young women with autoimmune disease or cancer"at our hospital.
2. The case whose condition is operable by judgement of attending physician.
3. Age above 16, less than 43.
4. The case who understood the meaning, the merit and the demerit of ovarian tissue autotransplantation at our Onco-fertility clinic.
1. The case judged inappropriate by the doctor in charge.
2. The case whose long term prognosis is not expected by judgement of attending physician.
3.The case whose condition is inoperable.
4. The case whose ovary has malignant tissue.
