Assessment
Primary outcomes	aerobic and aerobic exercises of virtual reality caused a significant change in body mass index, heart rate, return to the original state of the step test, exercise activity enjoyment scale and exercise motivation scale. But these exercises did not significantly change the waist-to-hip ratio
