We will disseminate our questionnaire to nurses who meet inclusion criteria.
3. Questionnaire items
(1)The implementation leadership scale(ILS)(Aarons, Ehrhart, & Farahnak, 2014)
(2)EBP Beliefs Scale (EBP-B)(Melnyk, Fineout-Overholt, & Mays, 2008)
(3)Organizational Culture and Readiness for System-wide Integration of Evidence-based Practice (OCRSIEP)(Melnyk & Fineout-Overholt, 2010)
(4) Subject characteristics
4. Analysis
Participants' characteristics is described by descriptive analysis.
Validity is examined with fact analysis to assess factor structure . Discriminant validity and known-groups validity are examined by comparison of score among groups. Criterion validity is assessed by comparison with other questionnaire.
Reliability is examined with Cronbach's coefficient alpha, intraclass correlation coefficients and kappa coefficient. Test-retest method is performed at some participants.
We will add the other analysis according to the needs.
