Male and Female
patients with chronic coronary syndrome undergoing PCI
1. Acute coronary syndrome.
2. Acute decompensated heart failure.
3. Non-dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD Stage 4-5: eGFR <30 ml/min/1.73m2).
4. Severe coronary artery calcification undergoing PCI using debulking device.
5. Ostial lesions of left main or right coronary arteries.
6. Contraindication or hypersensitivity to anti-platelet agents or contrast media.
7. Female of childbearing potential or breastfeeding.
8. Patients who are considered inappropriate for the study by the operator.
