(1) Patients are people with knee osteoarthritis
(2) The intervention is gait modification
(3) Outcome is pain
(4) Study design is interventional study
Key exclusion criteria
(1) Patients are people who have the surgical history
(2) Patients are people with rheumatoid arthritis
(3) The interventions consist of drug therapy, exercise therapy, manual therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, insoles therapy, kinesio taping, orthotic management (such as braces, shoes, and orthotics), acupuncture, robot assistance
(4) Study design is case report

Method: The following electronic databases were searched in October 2021: PubMed, the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL), the Physiotherapy Evidence Database (PEDro), and the Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL). The search strategy was a combination of free text words and Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) terms. The 2 concepts of "intervention" and "outcome" were combined with the "AND" operator. Intervention was defined as gait modification. Outcome was defined as pain. For each concept, synonyms and Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) terms were combined with the "OR" operator.
