Narrative objectives1

In the anti-aging medical checkup, muscle age, blood vessel age, nerve age, hormone age, and bone age are measured as the relative functional age of the body, and the oldest item is set as the weak point of aging, and advice for overcoming the weak point of aging is given.
Here, it is hypothesized that "Healthy longevity can be achieved by correcting the weaknesses of aging and maintaining the balance of each functional age."
The purpose of this study is to prove this hypothesis.

Key inclusion criteria

[1]Elderly people living in the Yurin area and living independently
[2]Faculty and staff who worked at Doshisha University and had regular health checkup
[3]Individuals who understand the purpose of this study and agree to use the test data

Key exclusion criteria

[1]Individuals who have experienced mood disorder or condition deterioration due to blood sampling in the past
[2]Individuals who cannot come to the place where the inspection will be conducted on the specified date and time
