Interventions/Control_1

On day one, participant will be asked to keep rest during the day for seven hours and then perform upper-body exercise for 30 to 50 minutes between 4 pm to 5 pm. On day two, participant will be asked to sit in a chair for 8 hours and consume two standardised meals. Blood lipids/carbohydrate metabolic parameters, energy metabolism, cardiovascular parameters will be measured to evaluate.
