NO
To study the effect of differences in distribution between HbA1c and TIR on interval estimation and interval prediction for regression analysis.
Safety
Position of center of curves for 95% confidence intervals of predicted HbA1c derived from TIR (C95%CIcurves) for regression analysis.

Outpatients with type 2 diabetes undergo HbA1c testing, wear a flash glucose monitor (FGM: FreeStyle Libre Pro), and do not change diabetic treatments, on a hospital visit. TIR and mean glucose levels (Mean) are calculated using FGM data over 24 h multiplied by 13 days. We select 2 patterns of patients whose HbA1c values are distributed equally from registered patients. Pattern 1 is selected for achieving the following contents: Patients whose HbA1c is low have low TIR; The ratio of time below range (<70 mg/dL) to time above range (>180 mg/dL) (TBR<70/TAR>180) negatively correlate to HbA1c. Pattern 2 is selected for achieving the following contents: TBR<70/TAR>180 does not correlate to HbA1c.
