Single-center prospective observational study
Patients undergoing esophageal cancer surgery and pancreaticoduodenectomy at our hospital from September 1, 2022 to August 31, 2024 will be included in the study. Blood samples will be collected at 4 points before induction of anesthesia, after ICU admission, on postoperative day 1, and on postoperative day 3 to measure troponin T
