This study conducts an anonymous self-administered questionnaire survey. The subjects of the study and the distribution will be distributed to 120 medical personnel (other than NST) who routinely grasp the dietary intake status by the inpatient's lower table. The distribution method will be distributed to the teacher of each ward. State in the instructions that participation is voluntary so that coercion does not work. In addition, a questionnaire will be distributed to 20 medical personnel in charge of the NST round. The distribution method will be distributed to the target people who meet the above criteria through the people decided at the facility, such as the ward chief and NST staff.
