The aim of this study is to evaluate whether there is an educational effect equivalent to face-to-face when conducting medical emergencies simulation training for dental provider via online.
Efficacy
Prepare a mannequin on a dental chair and present a scenario of developing anaphylaxis during dental treatment. The subject's diagnostic and therapeutic skills are assessed by a checklist, with the score being the primary outcome.

Approximately one month before the study is conducted, a textbook on medical emergencies during dental treatment will be provided to the study subjects. In addition, give the URL for viewing the video that explains the contents of the text, and instruct the preview using them. On the day of the study, a written test will be conducted to evaluate whether the subject's knowledge level has reached a certain standard (correct answer rate of 60% or more). The study subjects are divided into three groups: (1) control group (20 people), (2) face-to-face instruction group (20 people), and (3) online instruction group (20 people). (1) The subjects in the control group will be evaluated by a checklist for their diagnostic and therapeutic skills based on the anaphylaxis scenario during dental treatment (practical test). After the evaluation is completed, a questionnaire survey will be conducted on all subjects to evaluate their understanding, confidence and motivation regarding medical emergencies.
(2) The subjects of the face-to-face guidance group will participate in a simulation training on the diagnosis and treatment of anaphylaxis for about 30 minutes, and receive face-to-face guidance from a dental anesthesiologist. After that, the skill is evaluated in the same way as the control group.
(3) The subjects of the online guidance group will participate in a simulation training on the diagnosis and treatment of anaphylaxis for about 30 minutes, and receive guidance online from a dental anesthesiologist via Zoom. The content of instruction is the same as face-to-face instruction group. After that, the skill is evaluated in the same way as the control group.
