Results

A total of 82 participants (Intervention = 36, Control = 46) were included in the analysis.
At three months post-intervention, the intervention group was fivefold more likely than the control group to have increased the odds of the behaviour of paying attention to fluoride concentration when choosing a toothpaste. In addition, a four-fold increase was observed in the intervention group compared to the control group for the behaviour of not eating or drinking for two hours after tooth brushing.
