Key inclusion criteria
Healthy males and females aged 40-70 years old
Key exclusion criteria
(1)Soy or gelatin allergy
(2)Those who do not like black honey or soybean flour
(3)Regularly use excessive alcohol and tobacco
(4)Extremely irregular diet
(5)Those who regularly take foods, beverages or supplements related to relief mental stress
(6)Willing to become pregnant during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or during the study period
(7)Participated in other clinical trials or plan to participate during this research period
(8)Diagnosed with some kind of illness and are being treated or taking medication
(9)Those who require care
(10)Dementia or MCI
(11)Serious illness
(12)Persons who will not be judged suitable to the participants by the investigator.
