Objectives

Narrative objectives1

Compared to around 1985, children's athletic ability have decreased. It is thought that there is a problem of motor control behind the decrease. In this study, we will construct the method of acquiring synergies related to motor control by linking with training theory. Specifically, we will clarify how synergies change using sound signal, and experimentally show the relationship between the teaching and synergies. In addition, by teaching the rhythms of experts, we will clarify the synergies transformation by the teaching and propose effective motor learning methods.

Interventions/Control_1

(1) Measurement of rhythmic movement
Summary: A subject performs stepping and dancing to rhythm made by a sound signal.
Period: Twice a week for a month per subject.
Target sample size: 5

Interventions/Control_2

(2) Measurement of experts motion
Summary: A subject performs pitching of baseball or shoot of football. This experiment corresponds to observational studies.
Period: A day per subject.
Target sample size: 10(Basellball:5, Football:5)

Interventions/Control_3

(3) Experiment of motion teaching
Summary: Converts the rhythm of expert's movement into audible sound. By performing to the sound, a beginner is taught the movement of a expert .
Period: Twice a week for a month per subject.
Target sample size: 10(Basellball:5, Football:5)
