Primary outcomes: Veggie score rose from 319 at baseline to 331 at 1 month (p<0.05), then fell to 313 at 6 months (p<0.01). Secondary outcomes: AGEs score increased from 0.43 to 0.45 at 1 month (p<0.05) and 0.46 at 6 months (p<0.01 vs baseline). Daily intake frequency of total and green/yellow vegetables showed no significant change at 6 months (p=0.063, p=0.849).
