Results

The program's goal of five vegetable dishes per day increased from less than 60% to about 90%. The program evaluation by the learners showed that the level of difficulty and comprehension of the program were generally good, and the program evaluation by the implementers confirmed that the program was implemented with modifications based on the evaluation of each session.
