A support program will be provided to athletes and their parents with the aim of increasing interest in diet and nutrition among both athletes and parents, improving daily dietary habits, and enhancing performance and knowledge of sports nutrition to support the growth period.

Key inclusion criteria
Sixth- to eighth-grade students and their parents who participated in the spring training camp organized by Tokyo Itsukaichi Junior Youth team and agreed to participate in this study are eligible.
Key exclusion criteria
Those who decline to participate in this study.
