Foam roller of foam roller + stretch group is carried out on the lead side. Foam roller starts in the long sitting position. Apply pressure to the hamstrings and gluteal muscles to roll against the desired site. The time is 1 minute x 2 sets for one part. The speed should be about 4 seconds once for the site of enforcement. The strength of foam roller should be within the range that does not cause discomfort. Three types of hip joint internal rotation are performed for stretching. The first starting position is a standing position with the knee on the lead side on the chair. Hold the club with the lead arm. Fix the inside of the foot on the lead side with the backrest of the chair. The trunk performs hip joint internal rotation on the lead side within a range that does not cause discomfort in the middle position. The second starting position is a standing position with a golf club on the upper limb on the trail side. Keep the lead side floating and move the trail side lower limbs beyond the lead side lower limbs. Perform hip joint internal rotation within a range that does not cause discomfort. The third starting position is a standing position with the club held parallel to the floor and against the pelvis. Perform hip joint internal rotation on the lead side so that follow-through is performed from impact. The speed of each stretch is 1 to 2 seconds at a time, and 15 times per set. Two sets will be implemented, and the break time after one set will be 20 seconds.
For the swing group, perform a half-swing swing 10 times with a sand wedge. Then make three full shots of the sand wedge, 8 irons, 5 irons, fairway wood or utility or the longest long iron, and the driver.

Lead hip IR ROM during the golf swing was significantly greater in the FR + DS group (p = 0.034). The FR + DS group showed a moderate negative correlation between lead hip IR ROM and lower lumbar spine Lrot ROM during the golf swing (r = -0.522).

Subjects comprised 22 healthy adult males (mean SD: age was 32.6 8.5 years, years of experience was 9.5 6.3 years, BMI 23.0 6.4 kg/m2, the five golf rounds average score 97.7 14.3, golf training frequency per year 83.5 94.3 times).
Participants were recruited through poster displays at four golf driving ranges between May and November 2021 and were required to provide informed consent prior to measurement and participation in the study. Inclusion criteria were no current episode of LBP and no orthopedic disease under treatment. Subjects were required to be participating in at least five rounds of golf per week, with a best score of 110 or less for 18 holes. Exclusion criteria were those with hip or spinal motor impairment and those who would not give their consent to participate in this study. The average score of the previous five rounds was used as the competition level.

A three-dimensional motion analyzer (Vicon MX System; Vicon Motion Systems Ltd) was used, and up to 10 cameras were installed. For swing analysis, the end of the swing was defined as the position where the left shoulder joint stopped moving. In general, data from the latter three of the five measurements were used. If the data accuracy was low, the first or second data was adopted, and the data was calculated by averaging the three data points. For right-handed golfers, their left side was Lead and their right Trail. Lead hip maximum IR angle and upper and lower lumbar spine maximum left rotation (Lrot) angle were calculated.
