In this study, we aimed to identify the changes in interoception induced by exercising at a level expected to improve cognitive function in healthy university students.
Others
There was a significant positive correlation between IA and PASAT scores at pre-intervention. But exercise did not lead to a significant increase in PASAT scores in comparison with the control group.
IA scores were improved at 2- and 3-month post-intervention only in the exercise group.
