Key inclusion criteria
1.University and graduate students.
2.Undergraduate students and graduate students were recruited on a voluntary basis for research participation after lectures (upon approval) by the persons in charge of the courses.
3.Undergraduate students and graduate students were also recruited (on a voluntary basis) for research participation after an online recruitment posting had been made (for cases when lectures are conducted online).
